Deel is seeking an experienced Operations professional to lead daily workflows, drive efficiency and scale our global platform. You will mentor teams, optimize processes, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure compliance and high performance across regions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in fast-paced environments such as tech/fintech startups.
• KPI-driven with strong metrics experience.
• Experience mentoring small to mid-sized teams.
• Exposure to process automation and operational tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy and speed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Drive customer-focused process improvements to enhance turnaround times and resolution quality.
• Expand and improve self-service options to reduce dependency on manual support.
