Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager to be the face and voice of Deel for our clients. You will build genuine relationships, understand their business needs, and translate them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth.

In this role, you will guide clients through Deel's processes, train them on the platform, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and advocate for customers with product and revenue teams to unlock ongoing value.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years in a customer-facing role or similar
• Ability to manage high volumes of customer requests
• Experience in fast-growth startups, payroll, consulting, or finance
• Strong relationship builder under pressure
• Data-savvy with ability to derive insights from numbers

Responsabilidades

• Manage and foster relationships with client accounts as part of growth
• Navigate clients through their experience journey
• Train clients on Deel processes and platform
• Lead client interactions with product adoption and growth focus
• Strengthen relationships and reduce churn
• Become a trusted partner to accounts and act as project manager
• Collaborate with account executives, strategic CSMs and onboarding managers
• Advocate for Deel and share customer insights with revenue and product teams
