Pixel Innovations seeks an Online Consultant to join our team, delivering excellent customer service to clients via email, chat, and social media. The role emphasizes building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering personalized solutions from a remote/Almada-based setup.

You will respond to inquiries, provide product information, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, while staying current with industry trends to offer value-added insights to clients.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, social media, etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
