India Abroad in Funchal is seeking an experienced Online Consultant to guide clients through online channels and deliver solutions that meet their needs. You will manage inquiries across chat, email and social media, build trust with customers, and ensure satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely assistance.

Key duties include updating CRM records, collaborating with teammates to resolve issues, and highlighting opportunities to introduce products or services.

Qualificações

• Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients through various online channels such as chat, email and social media.
• Understand clients needs and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients at all times.
• Keep track of client interactions and update client records accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date with company's products/services policies and procedures.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer them to the appropriate department.
