Ideal candidates have proven online support experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualificações

• Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients through email, live chat, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
• Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively
• Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company
