Job summary

Qualifications

• Oncologist (MD) with training in hematology-oncology; board-certified in Oncology preferred.
• Typically requires five to seven years of relevant experience in research, development, or biopharma.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing R&D processes, projects and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Work independently under Hematology-Oncology COE Head and Leadership team.
• Provide scientific and clinical advice for proposals, including protocol design and development plans.
• Maintain awareness of latest literature in hematology and oncology.
• Participate in client meetings, bids, and governance discussions to advance IQVIA goals.
• Coach project teams to align execution with medical understanding.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and other COE leads.
• Act as internal/external consultant throughout R&D life cycle and trials.
