Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Medical Strategy Lead in Oncology-Clinical Development to provide strategic medical input across proposals, RFP responses, and client discussions. You will lead protocol design discussions, translate scientific insight into development plans, and guide teams through the lifecycle of clinical trials, collaborating with BD, Operations, and other COE leads to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

MD in Oncology with board certification is required.
5–7 years of relevant experience in oncology or hematology.
Experience leading medical strategy in CRO or pharma environment.
Strong clinical development and protocol design knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic medical and scientific input to proposals and client discussions.
Guide protocol design and development plans with cross-functional teams.
Stay current with hematology-oncology literature and guidelines.
Represent IQVIA in scientific conferences and client meetings.
Mentor project teams and ensure scientifically sound study conduct.
Collaborate with Business Development, Operations and COE leads.
