IQVIA is seeking a Medical Strategy Lead for Oncology-Clinical Development to drive medical strategy across the Hematology-Oncology Center of Excellence. You will provide scientific input, develop clinical development plans, and support proposal and bid-defense activities for global clients.

The role requires MD in Oncology, board certification, 5–7 years of industry experience, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• MD in Oncology.
• Board-certified in Oncology.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in biopharma/clinical development.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and clinical input to internal stakeholders developing proposals and clinical development plans.
• Lead and coach project teams to align execution with medical strategy.
• Maintain awareness of latest literature in hematology and oncology.
• Engage in client meetings, bid defense, and governance discussions to support IQVIA goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in BD, Operations, and Real World Services.
