Cross Border Talents is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative fluent in one Nordic language to join a global support team. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, you will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering high-quality customer service on products, billing, and technical issues.

You will log interactions, follow-up on cases, and escalate when needed while maintaining excellent customer experience. English proficiency (B2+) and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support or helpdesk is desirable.
• Fluent in one Nordic language and English (B2+).
• Ability to work remotely in Lisbon timezone and adapt to a multicultural team.
• Strong communication and empathy when assisting customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
• Answer questions about products, billing, order status, and technical issues.
• Log customer interactions accurately and follow up on cases.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and own the case until resolved.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal support procedures.
• Contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
