Job summary

Genki is a fully remote, profitable startup building tailored health insurance for long-term travelers. We are hiring a Partnerships role to grow our network of referral partners and nurture relationships with nomad communities, coworking spaces, and coliving networks.

You will own activation and business development conversations, sign new partners, and collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to automate outreach and scale the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or community roles.
• Real outreach experience via email, calls, DMs, and in-person events.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed; able to write your own playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists and run cold outreach to sign new referral partners.
• Grow existing partners and activate new opportunities.
• Lead partner conversations: identify integrations and co-marketing opportunities.
• Manage CRM as a proactive outreach engine and keep pipeline moving.
• Collaborate with Head of Partnerships to create automations for outreach and workflow.
• Own the partner pipeline end-to-end.
