Job summary

Genki, a fully remote health-insurance startup serving nomads and expats, is hiring a Partnerships role to grow our referral network. You will find and sign new partners, onboard them, and nurture existing relationships as part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who already lives the nomad life and understands the community. It’s remote, with a 25-hour starting week and €22 per hour on a freelance/contract basis.

Qualifications

• Nomad lifestyle and community connections essential.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or related outreach roles.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new partners through outreach and onboarding.
• Grow and reactivate existing partners with co-marketing opportunities.
• Own the partner pipeline using our CRM.
• Collaborate with Head of Partnerships on automations and processes.
