SpeakIt is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our multilingual team in Lisbon. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, source top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will build strong client relationships, screen and interview candidates, and post adverts to attract talent. This role demands a proactive, organized, and communicative professional.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing candidates for client positions
• Screening and interviewing potential candidates
• Providing candidates with information on roles and clients
• Submitting CVs with profiling notes to clients
• Matching jobs to candidates and evaluating requirements
• Posting relevant adverts to attract top talent
• Performing database searches and using CV sources
• Attending ongoing training to ensure top performance
• Reporting to the Recruitment Manager within a defined team
• Contributing positively to the company culture and working environment
