Job summary

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking an experienced IT Architect focused on the Modern Workplace. You will design enterprise architecture for endpoint management, identity integration and collaboration platforms, guiding architecture decisions across security and service teams.

You will drive roadmaps for M365/Intune and Windows 11 management, while shaping AI-powered workplace tooling strategies and licensing governance.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in IT architecture or senior engineering roles focused on end-user computing / Modern Workplace technologies.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and Windows 11 client management.
Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts (Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust).
Experience with device lifecycle management (Autopilot, provisioning, patch management).

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management and identity/access integration.
Define and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365 and related client technologies.
Define architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools and licensing considerations.
Establish architecture standards, reference designs and governance for device management and zero trust policies.
Create and maintain architecture documentation and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure and service management teams to align architecture.
