AUTODOC is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist (m/d/f) to strengthen the marketing team. You will build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets, directing creative partners to produce content that converts and running rigorous testing to improve performance.

You will own tracking, data health, and KPI accountability, reallocating budgets to maximize growth while maintaining account hygiene across campaigns. English proficiency at least B2 is required.

Qualificações

• Proven track record scaling Meta Ads budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of creative-led performance and hooks.
• Experience with attribution challenges, incrementality testing, LTV modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across EU markets.
• Brief and collaborate with creative team to produce social-native content that converts.
• Design and execute a rigorous testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Own tracking, data health, and account hygiene for the channel.
• Take full accountability for KPIs and reallocate budget to drive growth.
