Veeva Systems is seeking a data analytics leader for Veeva OpenData Commercial, remote in Portugal. You will lead 6–8 analysts, drive data extraction projects, and partner with product managers to ensure timely delivery and high data quality.

Responsibilities include selecting extraction tools, maintaining scalable crawlers, and delivering ad-hoc and visual reports. Strong Python basics and data modeling knowledge are expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience leading a technical team.
• Understanding of version control and code reviews best practices.
• Hands-on experience building robust and scalable crawlers.
• Solid understanding of data structures and data models.
• Project and task management skills.
• Basic understanding of Python.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6–8 data analysts, including hiring and performance management.
• Manage the team’s workload in collaboration with product managers.
• Ensure the quality of extracted data.
• Select the appropriate tools for data extraction and crawling.
• Ensure timely delivery of extracted data and reports.
• Work on classic analytical tasks, such as ad-hoc reports and visual reporting.
