Syffer is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our team in Portugal. You will provide hands-on maintenance for servers, laptops and desktops and resolve incidents across hardware and operating systems.

You will use ticketing systems to track requests, collaborate with sourcing teams on IT sourcing processes, and support networking and communications systems. Leadership and collaboration skills will help you lead small initiatives as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Proven experience with ticketing systems for incident and service management.
• Hands-on experience in the support and maintenance of servers, laptops, and desktops.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing hardware and operating system issues.
• Knowledge of networking and communication systems.
• Experience in sourcing processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and maintenance for servers, laptops, and desktops.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to hardware, operating systems, and general IT infrastructure.
• Utilize ticketing tools to manage and track technical issues and service requests effectively.

• Lead and manage small initiatives or support-related teams when necessary.
