Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Contract Manager to oversee large-scale contracts and international vendor relationships. The role focuses on governance, cost optimization, budgeting support, and contract lifecycle optimization across global service providers.

You will design dashboards, monitor KPIs, coordinate governance forums, and provide contractual guidance to stakeholders. Remote work is possible; continuous training and mobility programs support career development.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT contract management and vendor governance.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle, procurement, and RFP coordination.
• Finance-related activities: budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of IT contracts and international vendor portfolios.
• Plan renewals and coordinate RFP processes for new services.
• Monitor financial execution and budgeting; report spend and consumption.
• Drive cost optimization and support budgeting and financial planning.
• Develop supplier dashboards to monitor KPIs and expenditure.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees and governance forums on performance and value.
• Analyze service and performance issues and define corrective actions.
• Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders and support optimization.
