Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our teams and support delivery of innovative technology solutions for a leading international organisation. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of software projects and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT Service Delivery, PM, or Software Development Management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of SDLC and customer-facing delivery models.
• Experience in resource planning, budgeting, service governance and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the delivery pipeline of software solutions, custom developments, product implementations and consulting services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet timelines and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders as the primary contact.
• Monitor project progress with dashboards, provide status updates and highlight risks.
• Support issue resolution, service improvements, budgeting activities, and strategic decisions.
