Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in Portugal. The role focuses on onboarding merchants, configuring integrations, validating APIs, and ensuring production readiness in a fintech/crypto environment.

You will work on payment routing, API access, incident investigation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering to ensure smooth Go‑Live experiences for international merchants.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in L2/L3 technical support in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools.
• Strong REST API and JSON knowledge for integration troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Postman for validating API requests.
• Analytical, with root-cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Attention to detail for production configurations.
• Proactive, self-directed and ownership mindset.
• Able to learn new docs and systems quickly.
• Calm under pressure with fast, accurate incident response.
• Fluent Russian and strong English (B2/C1).
• Clear incident reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to grow toward senior SRE, product, or engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing.
• Manage API access and production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues with Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents using JSON payloads, SQL queries, and logs.
• Use Grafana for tracing errors across systems.
• Replicate bugs and determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Provide clear escalations to Engineering for fixes.
• Support final verification and readiness before merchant Go-Live.
• Communicate findings to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation.
