Syone is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator to join the Porto team. You will support Windows and Linux environments, manage VMware and NetApp storage, and contribute to automation with PowerShell. The role entails incident handling, deployments, and ensuring service quality against SLAs.

The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, ITIL familiarity, and excellent collaboration abilities in a multicultural setting, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
• VMware vCenter experience in complex environments.
• Expert-level troubleshooting of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with MECM/SCCM for patching and deployment.
• Storage/Cluster management with NetApp or similar.
• Networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and task optimization.
• DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication within a multicultural team.
• English at B2 level.
• Willingness to provide technical weekend support and occasional holiday coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and 3 Windows Server support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Windows Server and VMware issues.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL.
• Install servers and deploy patches using SCCM/MECM.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Manage NetApp storage migration and tasks.
• Maintain assets and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate planned operations and participate in DRP.
• Monitor server environments and perform risk analysis.
• Design and align services with Group standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and other entities.
• Follow security practices and draft documentation.
