You will shape technology strategy, guide major transformation initiatives, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in technology or IT roles, including 3–5 years in senior leadership with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience leading distributed international teams across locations and time zones.
• Strong strategic/advisory capabilities and ability to challenge assumptions and choose the right technology approach.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise application portfolios (ERP, e‑commerce, product management).
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and scalable, coherent application landscapes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with e‑commerce, PIM, DAM, integration, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the overall technology strategy and IT roadmap.
• Oversee enterprise application portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead Data, Analytics & AI function and guide use of BI and data engineering.
• Manage external vendors and multi‑vendor delivery model with cost discipline.
• Own IT budget and ensure value delivery and ROI.
• Build and develop geographically distributed teams and coach leaders.
