Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist based in Portugal. You will manage IT procurement lifecycle, vendor relationships, contracts, and FinOps across software, cloud, and infrastructure in a global, remote-friendly setting.

Qualificações

• Proven IT procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing OPEX/CAPEX expenditures.
• Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost management across AWS/Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with invoicing, three-way matching, and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for IT products, software subscriptions, cloud services, and technology vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and terms to maximize value and minimize costs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships while monitoring performance and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable processes related to IT procurement and payment workflows.
• Conduct financial analysis including budget planning, forecasting, and variance reviews.
• Support FinOps initiatives by monitoring cloud spend and optimizing resources.
