Jobgether is seeking a UI/UX Director based in Portugal to lead a multidisciplinary team and elevate UI/UX quality across complex web and e-commerce experiences.

This executive-level, hands-on leadership role blends design systems, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first thinking, data-informed decision-making, and AI-enhanced workflows. You will guide client strategy, proposals, and new business pitches while managing budgets and capacity planning.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of digital design experience, including creative leadership or executive-level role.
• Expert UI design with practical front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, React).
• Advanced Figma skills: prototyping, design systems, components, variables.

Responsabilidades

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives balancing visual design and usability.
• Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, apps, and omnichannel experiences.
• Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, and front-end handoffs across projects and clients.
• Provide design leadership for e-commerce initiatives on Shopify and Adobe Commerce; collaborate with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
