You will coordinate licenses, governance, and expansion efforts while collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in international operations, project management, entity setup/maintenance, legal operations or compliance management.
• Strong project management with ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with entity management or legal operations is a plus.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day global entity operations and compliance.
• Coordinate license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and governance requirements.
• Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and operating infrastructure.
• Source and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local providers.
• Lead project management for expansion initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and other teams.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for entity operations and timelines.
• Maintain accurate entity records and audit readiness.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and develop practical solutions.
• Help establish scalable processes for global entity operations.
