Jobgether SRL, a partner company, seeks a Director, Worldwide Tax based in Portugal to lead a global tax function within a fast-moving tech organization.

You will shape worldwide tax strategy across U.S. and international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax compliance, partnering with CFO and cross-functional teams to drive value for the business.

This executive role emphasizes building a scalable, AI-enabled tax operation and mentoring a growing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and professional certification (CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience with U.S. corporate and international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, E&P, and related reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead worldwide tax function including U.S. and international tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Develop and execute global tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with CFO, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Development for strategic decisions.
• Oversee tax planning for acquisitions, due diligence, and integration.
• Mentor internal tax team and manage relationships with external advisors.
• Modernize tax operations using AI, automation, data analytics.
