Qualificações

• Native/fluency in German required for DACH sales.
• 3–7 years in B2B sales with Google Ads or performance marketing exposure.
• Experience in full-cycle outbound prospecting and account-based sales.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and ROI-focused discussions.
• Self-driven in a 100% remote environment with high daily outbound metrics.

• End-to-End Sales Execution: Run the entire deal cycle from outreach to closing.

• Metrics & Pipeline Goals: Maintain daily outbound pace and hit monthly targets.
• CRM Discipline: Keep accurate records and forecast pipelines.
• Market Insights: Refine ICPs and positioning based on feedback.
