FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist to support the German market. You will onboard new advertisers, craft high-performing campaigns, and drive product adoption to maximize ad spend and ROI.

The role requires German (C2) and English (C1), with 2+ years in B2B sales or digital marketing. The position is hybrid in Barcelona, with relocation and coaching support.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing (PPC/Google Ads).
• German market expertise and GDPR familiarity.
• AI outreach tool integration and strong analytical skills.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new B2B clients and design strategic, high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative outbound sales, upselling and optimizing ad spend.
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio daily using Salesforce/CRM tools.
• Exceed sales KPIs and activity targets in a fast-paced environment.
