Ignite seeks a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Specialist to own the full outbound sales engine for DACH e-commerce brands. You will run multi-channel outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver account audits to drive new agency partnerships.

Requirements include native German (C2), 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, and familiarity with Google Ads. This is a 100% remote role with a base up to €70k and uncapped commission potential, targeting strong monthly OTE.

Qualificações

• German (C2 level) required for pitching to DACH decision-makers.
• 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, including 1–2+ years selling Google Ads or performance services.
• Proven outbound, full-cycle sales capabilities (cold calling, email flows, multi-touch).
• Solid grasp of e‑commerce models and Google Ads to discuss ROI with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote setup with high daily outbound metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from cold outreach to closing negotiations.
• Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across Phone, Email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts and launch personalized messaging campaigns in DACH e‑commerce.
• Conduct Google Ads account audits to uncover revenue opportunities for pitches.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline forecasts and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, pitch angles, and positioning.
