Ignite is hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Representative for a fully remote role with the option to HQ in Munich. This is a full-time position requiring 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, with a base up to €70,000 plus uncapped commission and €10,000+ OTE monthly target.

Strong German (C2) is mandatory to engage DACH e-commerce decision-makers. You will own the entire outbound sales engine, run multi-channel campaigns, and build connections with key decision-makers.

Qualificações

• Native German or C2 level required for pitching to DACH decision-makers.
• 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, incl. Google Ads or performance services.
• Able to run full-cycle outbound sales with multi-touch strategies.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Sales: manage the full deal cycle from initial outreach to close.
• Multi-Touch Outreach: coordinate calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Targeted Prospecting: segment DACH e-commerce brands and tailor campaigns.
• Audits as Pitching: perform Google Ads reviews to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Metrics & Pipeline: maintain 100–150 outbound calls daily to set meetings and close deals.
• CRM Discipline: keep accurate records and forecast pipelines reliably.
