Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation. This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or automation used by others.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents and integrating them into workflows.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging build/test failures.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English within a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for team productivity.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews, reduce noise, and ensure reviewer confidence.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams and document onboarding to drive adoption.
