Job summary

Tether is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams build, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile applications. You will work on AI harness, skills packages, and shared runtimes, while improving tooling and automation across engineering workflows.

This hands-on role focuses on developing developer tools, integrating AI agents, and ensuring higher quality and faster delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools or agents.
• Strong understanding of code quality and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for CI workflows.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance.
