Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software across desktop and mobile platforms. You will work on AI harnesses and skills packages, build developer tools, and improve automation with a focus on quality and security.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape the tooling roadmap, collaborate with engineers, and drive shorter feedback loops while maintaining high standards of reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fullstack development across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Ability to write maintainable code and documentation.
• Strong English communication in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows.
• Improve automated code reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity and size.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows.
• Prioritize improvements and document onboarding for teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging.
• Maintainable code and refactoring that preserves behavior.
• Communicate clearly in English within a remote, distributed team.
