Tether is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. You will focus on desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation while working with a globally distributed, remote team.

Qualificações

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js in a production setting.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools or agents and evaluating their outputs.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging complex workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity and performance.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows.
• Lead improvements with engineering teams and measure impact and costs.
• Example projects include CI failure investigation workflows and system diagnostics.
