Job summary

Atlean World seeks an International Recruitment Consultant to source, interview and manage multilingual candidates across Europe. You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World, taking ownership of vacancies, candidates and results.

Source via job boards, social media and networking; conduct pre-screenings; present shortlisted candidates to the internal team; and maintain ongoing communication to ensure engagement and success.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Speaks fluently French.
• Ambitious and motivated by achieving results.
• Takes ownership of work, pipeline and performance.
• Strong results-oriented and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry.
• Familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Constantly looking for ways to improve, grow and create new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
• Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies.
• Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals.
• Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
