Concentrix in Lisbon seeks a Recruiter fluent in French and English to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and advise hiring managers on candidate offers while sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

You will manage records in ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance with local hiring rules. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of recruitment experience are preferred, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (written and spoken, C1–C2) with a high level of English.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
• Ability to develop relationships and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone or face-to-face.
• Assist with recommendations to hiring managers on candidate hire and negotiate compensation packages.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations.
