Job summary

Atlean World is seeking an ambitious International Recruitment Consultant to join our global freelancer network. You will source, screen and manage multilingual candidates across Europe, working independently while collaborating with Atlean World.

You will own vacancies, build your network and optimize sourcing strategies, with earnings based on commission and optional fixed monthly incentives. This role offers true remote freedom and international opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, sales or BPO industry.
Fluent in English; French fluency is required.
Willing to work remotely and build own network.
Familiar with digital recruitment tools and social media.

Your Role

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe.

You will work independently while collaborating with Atlean World, taking ownership of your vacancies, candidates and results.

What You Will Do

Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media and networking.
Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team.
Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
Take initiative to identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies.
Track your performance and continuously work towards your personal and financial goals.
Build your professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment.
