SpeakIt is seeking a Freelance Multilingual Recruiter to join our Lisbon team and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates, ensuring a positive experience for every applicant.

The role involves understanding client staffing needs, building relationships, using ATS and recruitment tools, and reporting to the Recruitment Manager. The team emphasizes flexibility, autonomous scheduling, and a remote-friendly culture with ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and best practices.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for client positions.
• Screen and interview potential candidates.
• Provide candidates with information on roles and clients.
• Submit applicants with CVs and profile insights to clients.
• Match jobs to candidates and evaluate requirements.
• Post adverts to attract top talent.
• Conduct database searches and explore CV sources.
• Attend ongoing training and report to Recruitment Manager.
