Job summary

Organon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis (DCS) to partner with Global Commercial & Digital Strategy teams. You will drive planning, forecasting, and financial insights across geographies, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to inform strategic decisions.

You will oversee P&L analyses, headcount tracking, and monthly close activities, while providing guidance on budgeting and the long-range plan.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Finance; MBA a plus.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in operations or finance, 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to work in virtual teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for Digital Commercial Strategy and related organizations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses of P&L, variances, headcount and executive summaries.
• Develop and maintain financial scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Provide decision support materials and presentations for leadership meetings.
