Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, or related fields.
• Interest in tech, SaaS, or sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day processes across customer support, marketing, financial processes, and internal reporting.
• Help develop and manage the interview preparation solution; gather customer feedback and shape product improvements.
• Liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English and Portuguese
