Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day processes across customer support, marketing, financial processes, and internal reporting.
• Help develop and manage the interview preparation solution; gather customer feedback and shape product improvements.
• Liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.

• liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities. Executive Support
• assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks. Who You Are

Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication. People-oriented – you enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed. Interested in tech, SaaS, or sales – B2B experience is a plus, but not required. Ambitious, resourceful, and ready to take initiative. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, or related fields.

Practical, hands‑on experience in SaaS, sales, and entrepreneurship. High‑impact work with real responsibility from day one. Strong career progression into product, sales, or commercial roles. Flexibility – remote work with occasional in‑person collaboration in Lisbon. The chance to make a difference by helping students achieve their career dreams.
