Jobgether is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst based in Portugal to join a fast-paced global finance team, supporting end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reporting. You will ensure accuracy across financial data and help scale processes.

You will collaborate with account managers, legal, and cross-functional teams to interpret customer agreements, manage invoicing systems, reconciliations, and data updates, while identifying improvements to workflows.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in accounting or finance, incl. 1+ year in AP/AR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations (AP/AR, reconciliations) with accuracy.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices monthly per contract terms.
• Support vendor invoicing, PO coordination, and approvals.
• Analyze AR/AP aging, costs, and inventory movements for decision support.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports and data uploads as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard vendors and improve workflows.
