Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Private Equity Intelligence Analyst based in Portugal. This role offers hands-on exposure to private equity, M&A, and investment research within an international fintech setting.

You will analyze companies, markets, ownership structures, and transactions while supporting investment intelligence initiatives. A Master’s or near-graduate in economics/finance is preferred, with English proficiency and remote work flexibility.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or final year of a BA in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum six months of experience in private equity, M&A, or related finance area.
• Strong academic record from a reputable university.
• Interest in finance, investing, private markets and business analysis.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with financial statement interpretation.
• Willingness to work full-time for at least six months.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed company profiling and business analysis from financial, operational, and market data.
• Prepare overviews of businesses, ownership structures, industries, and M&A histories.
• Analyze potential platform and add-on opportunities; provide actionable insights.
• Support research on niche sectors, trends, and private market developments.
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality intelligence for clients.
• Assist with project management and process improvements.
• Leverage data-driven tools to enhance research quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables.
