The candidate should have extensive OR protocol knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support hospitals.

Qualificações

• College degree in applied science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Service Engineer experience in medical devices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and administrative abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior da Vinci Surgical technical expert across platforms.
• Coordinate pre-site planning and installation with customers.
• Schedule and manage on-site visits to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems independently.
• Provide training and escalate to Product Support as needed.
• Support contract renewals and customer training needs.
