adidas Group in Porto seeks a Specialist GBS Account & Sales Ops (French Speaker) to support key customers and drive sales operations. You will handle order-related inquiries, coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics, and help optimize processes and credit management.

The role requires strong customer service, English and French language skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer support, sales or logistics.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide account operations support to all assigned customers in the market.
• Communicate with customers via email, tickets, and phone to explain orders and products; prepare analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations on returns, credits, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor credit blocks and coordinate credit limit increases with Finance and Sales.
• Manage order book and ensure timely, complete deliveries; track carrier and parcel deliveries.
