We Are META is seeking a Product Manager to bridge customer needs and product strategy while coordinating with engineering, design, and sales. This role supports remote work from Portugal, focusing on building successful software products and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in software product management, excellent communication, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders in diverse environments.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence in strong-opinion environments.
• Clear communication style adaptable across peers, org, customers, and leadership.
• Proactive, methodical problem-solving addressing short-term fixes and long-term stability.
• Ability to gather and synthesize user feedback and present trade-offs to the organization.
• Strong change management skills, including comfort working through ambiguity.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Availability for a remote regime based in Portugal; based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or valid work permit.
