Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a leading international project in travel & hospitality. This role offers remote work from your home country after completing training, with onboarding in Athens, Greece.

You'll assist customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat, handle bookings, and escalate complex issues when needed. A friendly, high-quality service approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, 08:00–00:00.
• Willingness to travel to Athens for onboarding.
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
• Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately
• Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
