WW Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks Dutch to support Dutch-speaking customers, delivering high-quality service from anywhere in Portugal. The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends off, supported by a €1,073 gross monthly salary paid across 14 salaries.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries in Dutch and English, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues while upholding service standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Currently residing in Portugal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
