Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a leading international project in travel and hospitality. The role is remote after training, with onboarding in Athens for relocation, and includes hotel accommodation during training and relocation support.

Requirements include fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Availability for rotating shifts including weekends, and the ability to travel to Athens for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat.
• Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately.
• Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
