Remuneration & Schedule Summary

• Base Remuneration: EUR 1,100 gross / month (paid 14x annually)
• Performance Incentive: EUR 150 monthly attendance bonus
• Daily Meal Benefit: EUR 7.63 net per working day
• Welcome Grant: EUR 2,000 signing bonus (distributed across your first 12 months)
• Working Hours: 5 days / week, 8 hours / day on 24/7 rotative shifts

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to serve as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor. • Client Interaction: Deliver professional, clear, and reassuring guidance to clients navigating complex diabetes care technology and therapeutic supplies.

• Compliance & Standards: Adhere strictly to institutional guidelines, medical privacy laws, and internal quality metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and feedback loops to optimize service quality and patient satisfaction ratings.
