Ignite in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers using our diabetes management solutions. You will provide guidance, technical support, and reassurance to users, via phone, email, and live chat.

This remote, full-time role requires residency in Portugal, a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a patient, empathetic mindset. Base pay is EUR 1,100 gross per month with a 150 EUR attendance bonus and a 2,000 signing bonus paid over the first year, plus

• Fluent or native Dutch with working English (B2) for training and internal tools.
• Experience in customer support or call center environments.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.

• Documentation: Log interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Team Synergy: Partner with colleagues and supervisors to elevate service benchmarks and maintain a positive working culture.
